SUMA mixers are suitable for biogas, agricultural or industrial plants and can be operated electrically or in the agricultural sector, by tractor.
SUMA products ensure that the mixing areas are optimally positioned to achieve the highest possible output in your biogas tank.
With a temperature of between 37 and 42°C the best growth of methane bacteria takes place.
Through our long-axis agitators and submersible mixers the optimal temperature distribution in the tank is reached. This leads to a higher biogas yield and guarantees high process stability.
In addition, the fermentation and the distribution of nutrients and vitamins to the supply of micro-organisms are ensured by agitating with the SUMA agitators.
SUMA products can be used in substrates with pH-values between 5.5% and 8.5% within the fermenter.
100% “made in Sulzberg"
The engineering department develops and designs all agitators in house and SUMA uses their own test basin to study the propeller characteristics. This ensures continued propeller optimisation.
The flow simulations can also be used to aid the dimensioning of your future plant to establish the most ideal use of the agitators.
Furthermore, the engineering department supplies data sheets including installation information on request, with the aid of this data it is possible to get important information about the products in advance.
